Mr. Bhupinder Singh Banwait
Founder and Chairman
With over 50 years of experience in engineering and fabrication, Mr. Banwait laid the foundation of Khalsa Industries in 1987. Starting with a precision machine shop that supplied tools to Taparia, he expanded the firm into pressure vessel and process equipment fabrication, building lasting partnerships with clients such as Atlas Copco (now Epiroc). His mastery of fixtures and heavy fabrication remains the technical backbone of the company.
Mr. Varinder Singh Banwait
Joint Managing Director
Joining the business in the early 1990s, Mr. Varinder Singh Banwait brought commercial discipline to the company’s growth. He leads financial strategy, capital decisions and business development, steering the company through expansion while preserving the founding values of integrity and accountability.
Mr. Gagandeep Singh Banwait
Managing Director and Marketing Head
A Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and the second-generation torchbearer of the family business, Gagandeep joined Khalsa Industries in 2012. He drives product development, process automation and the company’s modernisation roadmap, with a clear orientation toward modern technology and global standards.
